it depends where the power is.

and with the falcons tall 1st gear a higher stall converter will help it get of the line better by launching closer the peak torque RPM

JMM have one for the BTR.
$650 supply
$1000 fitted, including a larger trans cooler, fluid and all labour.

No point going a high stall if you're getting a manual next year.

$1600 to last you a year? i couldn't justify that.

I'd belowering and getting some better brakes.
On the engine side of things, tune it properly...ie chip.

id say spend money on turning and stopping better, or turbo???

if ur going to turbo. there is no point upgrading ur engine now.


how about just collecting the parts required for a turbo.

an EMS8860 would be a perfect purchase, so you can tune ur car now, and when you get a turbo you can run over 5-6psi of boost.

buy a bigger fuel pump, injectors stuff like that.

stash the parts and before u know it, you will have a complete system ready to bolt on!!

dont waste money on cams n s**t when ur only gonna throw them away when u finally turbo it.
