Anyone know how hard it is or whats involved to adapt my origional forte engine loom to suit a VCT engine? Ive got the ECU ready to go but the motor didint come with the loom.
Ive just put a TS50 dash in the forte so now feeling half confident bout attemting it myself just wondering if anyone knows someone whose done it or can shed some light on whats involved?

ecu looms are all the same with the exception of ABS you will need to change your ecu bcm and ignition barrel match set from same car with ones from vct engine dash looms are different but wont stop it working if your going to fit the tickford dash i recommend changing dash loom don't mix series 1 with series 2 - 3

Thanks wayne its got a TS50 dash in it already with that pink BCM programmed to my current keys, and ive got the manual ECU for it when the engine and box go in at the same time.
So now all your saying is i just need to swap the motor, ECU and then get it reprogrammed again to my keys as i dont have the donor cars iginition barrel and plug my existing loom on and away we go?
