What cam's do people recommend for a manual?

I have been looking at the wade 1604 but it say's there designed for an auto? I would like more mid and top end power but dont want to lose much/any at the bottom and its important to me to keep the idle right. Is this possible? And what are people's experiences with different cams AND MANUAL.

Stock 96 EL factory manual at the moment, will also be getting full exhaust soon aswell - prob do both at the same time.

For Crow....don't go any more than stage 2 if idle matters.

My car moves all over the place, and it won't even idle below 900 RPM.

you cant have every thing. if there was a cam that could do what you want it to ford would have used it.

more mid and top end you'll loose bottom end and the idle will suffer
