Cheapest way in my opinion to get more power out of these is the cam. It really is the best bang for buck mod. That can be done for under $200.

Extractors + exhuast are also very worthwile obviously but your lookin at $600-$1200 or so to do.

Free/cheap mods: advance ignition timing, xh snorkel, ea intake tube.
