i just check all my plugs for spark and from front of motor the 3rd and 6th plug wasnt firing

if it pops in the intake, the dizzy is probably 180 degrees out.

i dont know how that could be . the dizzy hasnt been toched and what about the two plugs that aint firing could that be to do with the firing order. and the plugs are brand new

The car was running fine before hand? A faulty coil of dizzy cap could do that. CHack that you havent knocked of or mixed up the wires under the intake manifold easily done. Make sure the fuel lines are't mixed up too. (fuel in goes through regulator first obviously)

so the line that has fuel going through it go's to the regulator. i throught it go's to the injector rail

im taken the manifold off on the weekend and check all the wiring and replace the leads

CPI and MPI have different dizzy's you need an MPI one. that could be your problem!

but i hear of heapz of people that use the cpi dizzy and i really confused i throught the line with fuel coming out go's to the fuel injector line and the other line go's to the regulator

No.... The line where the fuel squirts when the pump is activated goes to the fuel rail... The return line goes onto the end of the Reg...

Cpi and MPI dizzys are different, you have to change internal componants for mpi. ring a wrecker and they will tell you!!! one phone call and you will know.

But dont get those cheap ones! prone to early death get a bosch replacement. if you know some1 at repco youd get one for $80 instead of 200 lol

hey guys i just picked up a new set of leads and dizzy cap ill wack those on sunday and im just re checking all the wiring on the loom to make sure all the wires are secure and on right so hopfully . the car should be firing by sunday if that dosnt work ill get a mpi dizzy and take it from there

umm,,fuel line from tank goes to regulator then to the fuel rail,,return line goes on the end of the rail.

the regulator regulates the fuel going into the rail not back to the tank.
