the fuel comes into the fuel regulator which then leads to the fuel rail. I made this mistake on my first conversion & it wudn't start

No.... The line where the fuel squirts when the pump is activated goes to the fuel rail... The return line goes onto the end of the Reg...

umm,,fuel line from tank goes to regulator then to the fuel rail,,return line goes on the end of the rail.

the regulator regulates the fuel going into the rail not back to the tank.

hahahahahahahhahahahahahhaha, sorry but man...if you have the fuel going INTO the the REG... and the return on the RAIL...HOW do you expect to hold fuel pressure when it just runs straight out of the rail...??? Ive done a BBM conversion i am right.

the reg doesnt regulate fuel going in lol it holds the right pressure in the rail and lets the excess flow OUT of the reg back into the tank via the return line...
