Hey just wandering if this is normal, I got a 2.5" exhaust on my BA about a week ago, and it sorta sounds like a lancer or a skyline with one of those rice burner exhausts ???? Its a Manta exhaust and the guy said it would sound awesome, but im not too sure about a BA that sounds like a lancer ???

Change the muffler to a better brand. Lukey Ultraflow would be my recomendation.

That is the reason. Its a twin cam, its going to sound like other twin cam cars like a lancer or skyline.

They sounds heaps better than SOHC motors. I cant wait to hear mine running.

Skylines and lancers sound different. Skylines have a deeper sound and when the revs get high, they won't sound like an airhorn like a lancer would. Your BA would sound more like a skyline and theres not much you can do to make that different. Getting extractors might help.
