ahahahahaha.... love it straight to the point

and yes it is f**k!!

and to the neon thing, i dont mind them,if they are done right. IMO ithink they lookhalf decent in the night time, but in saying that i woudnt put themon my car, just for the simple fact of that they are impracticle as they easily smash.

How big is the entry to the cannon? Not the tailpipe side. If its a toothpick compared to the tailpipe then your'e a d***head. If its just as big as the tailpipe your still a d***head. If its bigger than the tailpipe then, again, your a d***head.

The only cannon style mufflers that i am accustomed to are the ones you see underneath some cars and they have short tips that are usually bent downward under the car. The only reason you can see them is cause the rear of the car is somewhat jacked up to accomodate the 29" tall and 10.5" rear tyres. The cannon never sticks out past the beaver panel and is never shiny. Its usually in between the diff and the rear bumper but sometimes its before the diff cause the pipes can't get over the diff. You know the cars? They sound like a thousand pit bulls ready to strike at idle and a rampaging bull when you stab on the throttle. Those cannons (or barrell's) are fitted to those cars in a vain attempt to keep them quiet, not to make them loud.

You remind me of some kid in Dapto. Just after I started taking my fairlane to the beach he decided to do the same with his old mans lane. Mine's white, his is silver. Mines dead stock and his has a 2.5 (or maybe 3" zorst, its that loud its absurd) with a you guessed it, a Cannon. It nicely compliments a green P plate located high up in the top left corner of the extremely dirty unwashed rear screen. And the sound of this thing is horrendous. Even the 2.5" V6 commo sports system with the rear resonator removed sounds nicer than this thing.

And did i mention that cannons just don't suit the lines of a falcon or even a commo for that matter. What you could have done is placed your cannon where the resonator is, painted the C*** matt black so no one see's it, then get the shiny tailpipe extended to where it comes out now. The problem with some of the aftermarket industry is they they do not accomodate anything custom. For them its a 1 size fits all and if ricer parts are the in thing then that's all they will sell. just look at a supercheap or autobann catalogue.

Even the hot dogs on rotary engined cars emit a nicer note than the new age drift cannons.

i saw 2 cannons on a v8 soarer and thought of this discussion.
funny thing was, it didn't sound s**t!
it just sounded like your average v8 but with a 'louder than stock' sound.

please don't flame me....

sounds allright but doesnt suit the look of the car, maybe if instead of the cannon you put on a muffler twin 2" pipes? they do look much nicer and sound about the same. otherwise just dump the whole idea together.
