ok so im installing my new engine, and i connected the two heater hoses to the firwall conectors..
then realised there was two smaller hoses comeing of.. right around where the heater tap is on the first and the second one coming off where the other main hose is.. now these two hoses were tapped together and are about 50cm long.... help.. where the hell do they go??? its got me buggered.. |

The small hose is a heater bypass hose.

so the heater bypass? do i need to connect them to anywhere? or whats the deal?

The pipe that comes from the thermostat housing down unde the BBM should have a double end for a 3/4in heater hose (connects to heater tap) and the smaller bypass hose. Same goes with the pipe that comes from the water pump around the back.

It is just a short hose from 1 to the other.
