im getting a cam after by bday
i want something which will give me a noticeable difference hopefully 10 rwkw or more
i dont want to have to modify the ecu and im not fussed about the iddle quality
whats a good brand and if it needs shims will it come with it with the cam?
or has any one got a second hand one for sale

my cars manual and has comp extractors so should be able to handle a mildish cam

cheers fellas

there are so many opinions on different brands i just want a practicle cam with good power with out
any ecu mods, also is there any difference in regrinds to new?
