I was wondering if anyone out there makes a decent heater core for the EB – ED falcons.

I was replacing my heater hose on the weekend I was cutting off the hose so I didn’t have to put any extra force on to the copper connector. When doing this the intake just snapped off my heater core.

So besides being p****d off again at what ever f***tard engineer deigned this system. I was wondering if anyone has made a better heater core with some sturdy connectors.

I know is a 8 hours job to replace and I need to drop my gas from my air con. etc

So is there any aftermarket heater cores out there that have heave duty connectors?

If so how much do they cost?

OR would it be possible to put a suburu electric heater in ?
