Yeah, it should still run okay as long as the cam grind isn't too aggressive, so yes it will depend on the profile ground onto the cam. Just talk to Adrian about what setup you have and what you gains you're after with the cam grind and he'll suggest which profile would be best suited to your needs. Also tell him that you plan on getting the car tuned but need it to be drivable in the mean time so he can factor that into his suggestion.

Better to let them have their say on which would be best suited to you rather than picking a profile from their list, telling them that's what you want and hoping for the best. At least that way they can tell you what to expect from whichever profile as they have designed it and should know how it works.
