hey, i just changed my power steering pump as my other one was shot.
Now it is leaking from the bolt that is on the power steering line. what can i do to fix this, someone told me that i have to change the line as the bit on the end could be stuffed but i don't know.

Just get some new o-rings and put them on. Couple of $ each from ford (you need one for each end of the HP line).

Yeah try new "O" rings first,but if it doesnt help,you'll have to replace the high pressure hose.Genuine are pricey,you can get non genuine ones just as good but dont know how long it will last.We use them here on taxi's keeps running costs down please non genuine are half the price.

Go to Superchaep and get a cheap female compressed air coupling. Pull it apart and there is a rubber washer in there. Use that on the High pressure line to stop your leak. The nylon O rings from Ford only seal the outer threaded part, they tend to leak on the inner tube. The rubber O ring from the coupling seals the inner tube as well.
