Make sure you know what head is on your EL, if its a Hybrid or not. It will say 94DA or 96DA. On the 94DA you will use the Wade 1636 and with the 96DA you will use the Wade 1502AU.

Hey buddy I did my stage one which is what you have practically done.
My stage 2 was valve springs cam gear and a wade 977b. It kicks in around 2300-2500 but is adjustable via cam gear. wade have have a lot of catagory cam grinds available. + I heard you get a discount mentioning ford mods. I picked up a GLI cam for $10 and got them to do the regrind for $180ish. I'm happy with my set up, but chasing more power. My J3 was tuned by a bloke in the site and saved a bit. After new cam( maybe) I'm going into hallam for the dyno.
