yeah didn't think you could up compression to 12:1 without some form of engine seizure.

yer load of crap what everyday fuel could you run with 12:1 without detonation? none unless you live at the airport. it would destroy the pistons first start anyways. to many other problems to mention

12:1.......C'MON!!!

Anyway, it sounds like your EB is putting out plenty of power. Time for some nice rims with a good quality set of tyres.

A nice, slick paint job (blueprint looks hot) with a chunky bodykit and EB XR rear bob tail. Mmmmmmmmmm yum! :)

Your car obviously flies. Make it look like it's not to be F**k with.

If your not keen on that, a suspension upgrade would be the best bet. Especially for a non-XR EB...

i want to get my crank ground with a 60 thou offset using oversize bigend bearings, standard rods and a set of 50 thou oversize deckable pistons, that would have to pick up a few cc's.

i have had it off the tacho no real point though it stops making power about 5500rpm, i have been told that the rockers are inclined to snap with at 6500, i have a 14yr old nefew, he is into speedway drives a xf with a full rebuilt au tickford motor goes hard, he tells me he has had it to 6500 still making power but it runs a 350 holley and a crossflow dissy and other mods, he wins most junior events with it
