G'day peeps,

Posting this on behalf of my dad actually. He has a 97 NL fairlane ghia with full climate control. The aircon has recently been regassed. However, When he tries to switch the airflow onto his feet it wont change, it just switches to the windscreen or face regardless of whether or not its hot or cold air.

Could this mean that the links behind the dash are broken or the "box" that changes the air circ up under the passengers dash could possibly be broken? any ideas would be great.

cheers

Andrew

i have a problem with my NF - in that under hard acceleration the a/c switches to screen then back to face (or wherever) when back to cruising along - i was told by a mate that it was a vacuum leak and his son had it sorted in his EF, so maybe its a bad vauum leak?
