As we know the days are getting pretty cold, espeically around victoria,
My heater isn't working in my car and at nights its around 3 degrees and its killing me...
Can anyone help me out with this? Aircon works fine, just not getting hot air when I need it,
much appreciated
- Ash

How long are your average trips.
Mine does a similair thing but mainly because i do short trips. On a 15 minute (night, mornings)drive it usually wont of heated up.

look at your temp gauge next time. I know i wont feel any warmth until the needle just below L

Could be heater tap vacuum hose, or faulty tap. is car on LPG? Heater core could be blocked needing a flush. It could be blend door motor not opening. Its too hard to diagnose without more info. Cheers

check heater tap, vacuum shouldnt be a prob coz default setting with no vac is heat.Ive had a tap once that the little flap inside was rusted in the closed position not allowing water to flow through the core.

best accessed from underneath the car. Jack up front of car,put your head in behind rear of LHF wheel and look up, you will see 2 black hoses(heater hoses) coming through the firewallone has a funny looking valve thingon it with a vacuum hose connected to it.Remove the tap(without spilling hot coolant on yourself)Once removed look through the hose openings. With no vac you should be able to see right through it. If you can see through it your tap is stuffed!

replace thermostat might be open and not getting the water up to temp... can you select from legs to face to both etc etc check all hoses that seem to come out of the fire wall into the engine bay
