Apparently my timing chain is the reason behind my engine making this horrible noise when it revs at about the 2k range.
would chainging the chain fix this problem or is there more to it?
It's an el tickford with au bottom end and au rods etc. I thought it might be an oil problem, but not quite sure. I'm running 15-60 oil cos of the au gear inside. maybe I should be using thicker stuff......any ideas would be much appreciated.
