I have seen this too, oil puddles, to help overcome this, use an AUII PCV valve, (from I6), they are grey in colour.

I've seen it to, but the oil going in isn't an issue really at all. It's only going to be a small amount. And I doubt it's going to effect your fuel ratios on your highly tuned stock as a rock donk. If you've got something forcing the air in then yeah might start being an issue.
