I have two oil dipsticks, one numbered 91DA-6750-AA with a metal handle and the othered numbered 96DA-6750-AA with a plastic handle. Which one fits the standard XH2 engine, and which engine is the other one from?

Are the oil quantities different?

Thanks in advance.

Well, I've got an el (which is essentially the same as the xh) and I have a plastic dipstick.
I would assume this is the same as the XH? If someone would like to correct me if I am wrong?

That's cool, they seem to have the same measurements on them.

More to the point is the fact it went in for rego with one and came out with another.

They are the same...I have both and for some reason when I feel like it, I swap it over for something different.

I don't like the plastic ones....they are a sloppy fit in the tube......eventually they go brittle and break off.....they are crap in my opinion.

Putting a new ring around where the handle goes into the tube will rectify the sloppy fit problem. The other problem I spose you could fix by not driving the car...
