I've been losing oil , cant see any on the ground or on anything underneath the car . 3 months ago when I changed it, it was on the full mark now it's on the add mark , it doesn't burn any oil or blow blue smoke .

I looked in front on the head , took off the p/s pump cover and seen oil . I think it's coming from the top bolt . Does it need sealant on it ??

I don't think it's coming from the head , looks like its from the lower bolt

if the leak is what is inthe pic then it could be a fracture in the head gasket behind the bolt

I replaced the head gasket with a metal one not long ago . Bolt probably just needs sealant around the thread

I haven't , are the lifters ticking ? You may have to replace the sticky one or better still replace them all .

Looks like a small amount from that bolt. But the big mess is coming from the timing chain tensioner.
Replace the o ring.

its from that bolt, the timing case gasket is whats behind that bolt, ive seen quiet a few leak from there, i normally clean the hole and bolt and put a fair amount of silicon in the hole and on the shaft of the bolt and the leaking usually stops...

Troyman is right .. that bolt goes threw the timing cover and from memeroy holds your timing chain guide runner .. mine leaks on both my cars , pull the bolt out cleamn it up and put blue max or a silicon gasketr maker on the thread and underneather the bolt head . this should stop the leak ..
