ok just to make sure, i cut the dark green wire with the stripe behind the cluster, and connect it to the cable that comes with the oil pressure gauge then wire the power wires up (illumination) and thats it? that was jsut to get an idea it was mainly for braidy.

in that case (now that your talking about oil pressure)

take the time to read through it,
Look for White / red stripe on pin 18 on the back of the cluster

which side though because the cluster has to plugs on the left and right?

you will see that there are different amount of pins on each plug. :roll: :wink:

edit: let me clarify, there are a different amount of used pins on each plug, also each pin is detailed on that document with the associated wire colour. it can be too hard to find a white wire with a red stripe that would be 2 pins in from the end of the connector?

ok so as far as i understood i cut the white and red wire from the back of the right plug onthe cluster and connect it with the cable on the guage and then connect illumination. and im all set

pretty much
you can power the guage from the cluster too, splice into the ignition feed and ground wires

do i have to replace the oil switch with the oil sencor, since i just got the light not the actual oil gauge??? or it will be alright and still work if i just cut the wire and connect with the oil gauge cable?
