All done. I cut it down the middle so it would sit over the extractors better (the extractor pipe on no. 4 sits up a lot higher than the rest) so it kinda looks a bit wierd now but oh well! I will post up pics if anyone is interested

Your heatshield looks wierd you say? Help Wally find the heatshield in my engine bay

Isn't your heat shield a bit of a compromise, keeps it all looking good and neat, but it still allows the heat to rise as it's not over the top...?

Looks more like frd_xr has set his up to stop the heat getting up into the brake booster. And as for keeping it looking neat... you can still see the top of your extractors :P

IMO you should cut that away and do it properly. It looks very playschool.

what do you mean cut it away? If you mean i shouldn't have cut it down the middle, i agree, it does look crap. I just did it because the fourth pipe back sits a lot higher than the others, so i thought if i cut it shield down the middle i could make the front part sit lower on top of the front 3 pipes.

Get the AU heat shield, its much more pliable. you can wrap the edges around the headers pipes 1 & 6. that'll stop it from rattling.
