to get one out, fixed, then back in will take you all day, thats if you dont hit any snags along the way, and you have ALL the tools...

my pedal box cracked and actually started to collapse, was beyond welding... i ripped an auto pedal box from a wrecker and fitted a mal wood reinforcing kit to it. if your welding it just make sure its reinforced properly because its not something you want to do again...

Any details on what to do to strengthen the pedal box up? Mine hasn't been fitted yet, thought it would be nice to do prior to it breaking if possible.

Just weld a 3mm plate to the clutch pedal side of it.

i did good soild weld on front,and on back i used a big think washer with the centre hole was over back of pin an solid fill hole then weld all around outside
