for $30 you could match your blinker colours .... would probably go faster than the pod in the engine bay like that.

I've got a couple of questions regarding pod filters....Does anyone who has a pod filter on their cars find it stalls occassionally when the car is cold?
Also, What is the outer diameter of the throttle body on a ED I6?

No stalling.
It's actually an oval-ish shape, but you can get a 3" silicon or rubber joiner over it.

nice work looks reall y sweet.
has anyone done this for a EF/EL as i'd like to install a pod in my EF but i dont want to spend big money on a custom heat sheild.
or is there a place in SA which sells cheap.....ish ready to install piping and pod as i'd like to get rid of my stock intake pipes for a single stainless steel or silcon pipe.

Jonathan Kakousidis, your best bet is installing the pod in the original box and getting a 3" pipe going from box to the TB, thats what i done on mine and it seems to work really well
