A professional with the correct tools, maybe 3 hours

Or a 'backyarder' all by hand with sandpaper and autosol, about 10+ hours..... well thats how long it took me

Look in my gallery mine took 2 hours by a mate who did it in his shop you can not go past a pro but it cost. If you find my daughters (xr6chick ) my mate did hers and it took about 4 hours.
The finish is very noticable if done by a pro and in my opion you can not go past it.

I was thinking about polishing up my log manifold and M90 supercharger.... then I thought.. why be cop bait..

rather make a factory looking cover for it (probably based on one of the new V8 plastic covers) and hide the lot in a factory looking way..

still, would be nice to be able to remove it when showing off and have it all shine.. just not sure it's worth 10 hours of my time.. :-)

I got my mags shiny by using a buffer pad in my drill and a heap of abrasive paste.. but not sure how it'd go here.
