I'm gonna focus on trying to do it myself- I spent another hour on it today with grinding down the word markings on the bottom half and sanding the dimples further.

I reckon with a cheapy die grinder and a buffing fitting for a drill I'll get it done. And I might even have a shot at smoothing out some of the inside for better airflow.


I'll take photos when its finished and compare it with another non-polished manifold i have lying around.

yeah sure, right....... did you get cambodian slaves to work on it?

FFS everytime i hit the reply button it told me "PHP Critical Error" or "SMP Connection refused" and each time i checked the "new posts" to make sure it wasnt posted...... and 15 mins later they all pop up ?
