does it run ok? blow black smoke when putting your foot down? could be a number of things, but o2 sensor would be my first guess

Heavy foot?

I'd suggest O2 sensor first if it hasn't been replaced before, check map sensor and for any bad vacuum leaks.

my guess would be a vacuum leak somewhere cause I replace the 02 sensor a few months ago and it shouldn't be that. The vacuum hoses in the engine bay can u buy them anywhere or is there only certain places that sell them?

they are just rubber hoses...nothing special about them. Remove one and take it to an auto shop or bunnings and find something that fits.

Does the engine idle rough? Do you feel lack of power at low RPM?

well I check the air filter seem in good working order and vacuum hoses cant see no leaks. car nearly stall when I pull the hose of the map sensor. maybe thinking it could be the j3 chip? what does the throttle position sensor on the side of the throttle body housing do?
