the 19s will only be slowing you down if your loosing grip due to lack of sidewall, theres nothing to ripple/twist so the tyres have a bit of trouble biting...

if your not quick enough with the clutch/gears then you'll loose alot of time there over an auto,
but if your good, you can make up time

go get it tuned, slap on a set of wide stockies, and practice your shifts (i have no idea if your good or bad at em, im just saying)
if you still cant crack your previous times then theres something seriously wrong,

also got the tb that 69mm? (thinking of taking this out as my fuel economy has gone out the window since fitting it.

Im shifting at around 5500, and diff gears are tickford 3,45's lsd.

besides that everything is the same, oh and ofcourse the 19" wheels, but according to an online calculator its only +0.1 rolling diametre, but still made a big difference that i could feel.

i've just run that cam on an engine simulator using an EB head with what is basicly the short runners of the BBM manifold.

torque dropped away alot after 5000rpm, but is strong between 3800 to 5000.
Try shifting at about 5200rpm.
next time you go out experiment with shift points between 5000rpm and 5500rpm

Your 60foot improved after you made all the changes so i'd ignore the previous comment (including my comments) about your tires.
