Okay, two wires going to it, 1 red, and 1 green with yellow trace, Now, are these both 12V ? and the earth is the screw that holds it into the chassis? .

Since Im putting one into a non EL ecu'ed car, Im going to run a switch, Just wanted to know if they are both wires are 12v or not. red I know is costant 12V, but just wondering if the green/yellow is a 12V or lower voltage, or maybe even an earth? .
