AU engine mounts and EF/EL are usable for either. Most people prefer the square ones.
The injectors ARE different as is the fuel rail and the Upper part of the Manifold. Having said that, maybe someone else has had first hand experience with doing what you want to do?

the injectors are a straight swap. and they do flow a bit more but the computer controls the amount of fuel, so will self adjust to suit the new injectors

the ed ef and el i have fitted the au injectors to have seen a few improvements as the old injectors must have been clogged/blocked. smoother idle, and dropped the economy down from 15.8/100 to 15.2/100 also, and better acceleration.
the au injectors have 4 holes, against the earlier single hole style, where the fuel is let out and im guessing this design would be harder to clog up, as well as better atomisation

It was within a week of swapping them 138rwkw with AU injectors and 140rwkw with EL injectors, It showed on the dyno it was too rich. I have BF XR6T injectors now but i have a chip so its tuned proply.
