Yeah I got a misses and she HATES!! the car, I just dont tell her when I do stuff now and wait for her to notice lol.

poor fella mine encourages me to fix my car up haha, she wants it resprayed with a full kit on it lol....

with the cams are they just a straight put in with no tuning, just any cam not some huge one

Some cams need the ECU to be chipped but there BIG cams, most for our falcons run off the stock ECU and ya just gotta give the ECU some time to learn and it runs in.

on that note i think i found a nice girl today- marriage material! cooks, cleans, is hot and doesnt mind spending copious amounts of money on cars. now i just have to convince her to be my girlfriend :(

got it all goin tonite... took it for a good drive, and the r6 makes a big diff, you can feel the extra power down lower, and from about 2500 it pulls strong across the rev range.
i was expecting to feel the cam to kick in quite suddenly but it doesnt, it idles perfect (mind you its a manual) and has quite a good note.... also its got the whistle jaysen mentioned once or twice..
im goin to leave it goin for a week or so, then fiddle with the timing gear, and see what diff that makes. when i get sometime and cash ill get it to the drags and on the dyno....

Yeah im getting a head ported to suit the cam, should be sweet, now I just need a spare head, none of my wreckers have any around where I live.
