Today i arrived at school to find my temp gauge was a little up on normal so i lifted the bonnet and found a hole in the bottom radiator hose it p****d all the fluid out everywhere any way got a new one from ford dealer all fixed up now but just want to know if anyone has had same problem with there radiator hoses on EF's, if its just a weakness or i have a problem

its probably just that the hose is about 10 years old, they cant last forever

if i was you i would replace all of the hoses .thay are probley all on there way out.

Yeah good idea i will go to ford dealer tomorrow and get the other pipes the bottom one cost me around $28 i think hopefully the others aren't that dear.

Yeah replace all including heater hoses and check the steel ones on either side of the water pump going down to the firewall, they may have pin holes from rust.

yer my dad had that same problem he took his car to FORD also he changed his thermostat
