Howdy
 Recently I made a slight modification and put a POD in the airbox of my BA Falcon. I also fitted the larger snorkel as well. Worked quite well. Unfortunately after about a week or so later, my car developed a buzz/rattle under acceleration. Things that characterize this issue:
This doesn't occur when the car is stationary while revving. I was driving along and I chucked it in neutral while going along, and revved the engine. It didn't make the strange noise. I changed the filter back to my normal K&N panel filter and it changed the noise so it only began to occur at higher rpm. It's really weird, I think it's the Throttle Body, if I tap it with my soft hammer, it makes a bit of a rattley kind of noise, nothing else I have tapped makes such a noise... I am going to try and get a cheap TB off ebay so I can safely take mine apart without fear of wrecking it and rendering my daily drive unusable. Has anyone had any issues with the TB on a BA? Thanks

So this noise has only started to occur since pod? Is be more inclined to think its something you may have loosened when you put in the pod. Little metal clips on your box? Or something like that perhaps

Hi mate,
That's what I thought at first but after checking all that stuff thoroughly I have drawn the conclusion it's not what the cause is. Clips and all the piping is tight as can be, I still think it's the TB, I managed to win another TB from ebay for 5 bucks (would you believe it!). So I will install that one and see how it goes! Thanks

in fairness shipping was +25 Bargain of the year for me! Almost got a typhoon intake for 35 the other day, but I forgot to bid again lol

Take tb off and rattle it see if you can hear any loose items? There's not much to the tb really butterfly , tps and other crap so you should be able to source the prob pretty quickly
