depends which ukey mufflers. Only ones I would touch are the Ultraflow (they are straight through design and come in a range of sizes and entry and exit points - i.e. centered, offset, etc.) - and you get the standard ultra flow, then the stainless steel moddel, then you get the race mufflers. Race mufflers are heavier duty design also stainless steel - there my pick of the bunch or just the normal stainless steel ultraflows. they also do matchign resinators...

nothing beats my $4.50 exhaust!!!

Its a redback catback with highflow stainless middle muffler and a hotdog on the a**. was ment to be $450 but the guy stuffed up when he put it in the eftpos terminal and only charged $4.50!! champion!! I'll be going back there again even if I get overcharged on my next system with the previous "discount" it will still be cheap!! Woo Hoo!!
best bargain ever.. but I aint telling anyone where it was from cause I don't wanna have to front up with the extra casah.. I called him and told him of the stuff up, he reacons everything on his books shows correct and can't see an error, but my bank statement only shows $4.95.

beat that for a cheap system.

and don't noone say they got a better deal, the only way you will beat that is if its a clapped out rusty pasta strainer from the wrecker that the metal recycler knoked back cause there was more rust than metal in it.

I work at Aero Manufacturing and we supply most of the exhaust places here in victoria. We got both our xr8's exhausts done at performance Exhaust in A/West.They both run 2.5" systems with resoantors only.
The Utes has dual pipes either side, designed especially for my ute and the power plus sound is f...ing amazing! Lol

Lol. How do wagon exhausts differ from sedan ones in terms of price and looks. Are they the same or is a bit of pipe added where the resi is ment to be ?

- mike

EDIT: Ok, i just found this. Looks like a ok price: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Ford-EA-EL-Wagon ... dZViewItem

Is it cheaper because no one buy's wagon exhausts or are they cheaper in general ?

Wagon exhaust manifold/extractors and first pipe are identical to sedan. difference is in the tailpipe which is longer as the wagon body is LWB as opposed tosedan SWB. Fairlanes and utes also difffer...

How long is a peice of string?
Depends which redback system youy compare to which LUkey, I don't know what Redbacks muffler range is like, but Lukey have around 120+ different mufflers - depending on what material made from, what style, what size box, what size inlet and outlet, where the inlet and outlet are centered, etc.... It's not they like they only have one system to compare!
