i have an ef fairmont that won't fire up. When the key is swtched on the fans are running and the four relays near the air filter are clicking like mad. The relay under the coolant reservoir is also ticking.
Anyone Got any idea why this is happening?
Could this be part of the reason it won't start and what to do about it?

Cheers
