Is there an easy way to remove the crankshaft pulley.Have been told to wedge screwdriver through pulley. Also is it simple to replace oil seal behind it. Do i need to remove any other parts. 8-)

you'll break the timing cover and still won't budge the pulley.

you need a puller spend the $20 and buy one!

once removed you'll need this newly bent screwdriver to remove the old seal.

press in, refit harmonic balancer and tighten

it'll be easier to remove the radiator/fans and tensioner.
obviously the belt has to come off.

Breaker bar and a mallet.
or
Breaker bar against floor or K-Frame and hit the key (with no plugs connected)

put a socket and a big bar long enough to wedge in the sub frame and give the motor a quick crank with the key otherwise a rattle gun will do the trick
