Well as most of you know i had an unfortunate event on the 22nd of December.
After $1000 insurance, a month, trip to melbourne and a XF Ute i finally got the trusty EF running again.
Specs when i got it: Completely stock GLi (ABS Model).
Now: Polished turbo blade rims, trip computer, stereo, 2.5"catback, painted dash.
I got a complete EL GLi front end off Justin (private9) in melbourne.
All that was installed and i got it running just to be defected that same day. Bauld tyres and 2 indicator lights not working.
Yesterday i got a permit and got my defect off. $50.
Today i just got some 'wank' mesh to make my grille and modd the lower one when the bumperbar is being painted.
I got my R1 to go in when i get the shim from fraud. They should have rang today but didnt.
I also am ordering a EL GT intake.
And i have to go pick up a set of 4 superlow's from around the corner when the guy (fordfourms) PM's me his address.
Much pain and time has gone into this car.
So in 13 months its gone from a completely stock EF GLi to a modded EF/EL GLi.
Mods now: 2.5" Zorst, EL GLi front end, Trip computer, Fairmont seats, Power windows (front),turbo blades,cruise control, lowered, 'wanky' grille.
HOLDENS go like rockets. They fall apart in stages!!!
