What difference does the rocker ratio make? Like how in the AU it's 1.8:1 and the EF/EL it's 2:1.

none to performance its all about reducing load and friction on the components in the valvetrain for smoother operation and longer service intervals.

If the rockers are exchanged and use the same camshaft, then greater lift will be achieved. But its not like the EF/EL has greater lift because of the rockers, because the au camshaft has higher lift. Its all dependant on each other
