is it ment to be a total b**ch to get the rockers back on the shafts??

Crank Assembly balanced, HV oil pump, ACL Trimetal bearings, "1 extra oil clearance taking to around 0.0650-0.0700 on mains and big ends, Moly rings,, Xr6 Cam, POD ( Possibly oversize injectors), Block, Head, Timing cover, belt idler, Alternator,painted in ford light blue

Ahhh, got any more info as to what the actual problem is? They should all slot together pretty easily, you just need to make sure the little clip things inbetween them are lined up right.

as in its a fking s*** to get the rockers on the shafts i have to end up banging them on , once they get past the ends they slide on easy , meg maby ill just get a second hand pair

the shafts will be bent lol
just get another set
i spent hours trying to get mine on only to realise i put one in backwards and had to pull them apart.

Make sure the ends of the shafts are not burred a bit. You may need to tidy the edges up a bit with a file.

theres no visable signs of the ends burring,, its like the ends have a larger diameter than between the ends

just get a new set, will save alot of headache.
a bent rod can cause silly hassles and its such a pain in the a** to pull them off again
