Expect to pay around the $300-350 mark installed for the Ultra Lows. They aren't any more expensive than Supers, etc.
Then probably about $250 for some shortened shocks (depends on brand), that was around what i paid for the Pedders i got in mine. The about $150 mark for the Rear Shocks (Pedders too).
Around the $700 mark all installed.
If you're getting Ultra Lows, I got the Comfort Gas shocks, instead of the Sports Ryder, and damn am i glad, cause its pretty firm atm.

Yeah thats supplied and fitted.
Yeah the fronts cost more to install, that the rears cause they're a lot harder and more time consuming. But it should be around that price.
You could just do the springs for about the $300 mark, but your shocks will probably blow or weep with the car being so low. Not to mention the ride quality.

need spring compressors ($45).

take the wheel off
compress spring
undo strut nuts top and bottom and remove assembly
take or strut top and remove spring
uncompress old spring, compress new spring
and reverse the above instructions. take about 45 mins a side doing it your self. most of the time is in compressing and decompresing the springs
