dude...ease off the throttle.

Have you checked if your injectors are in good nick and fuel regs are fine? Also check if you have a vacuum leak or maybe O2 sensor is buggered.

25L/100km is a bit much for gas. I think average is about 16?

being heavy on the accelerator shouldn't make that much of a difference.

My EF wagon is around 10-12l on hwy and 16-18 around town. What kind of system do you have? Impco, OMVL, etc.

I can help you tune OMVL by ear.

Is your O2 sensor working. All LPG systems use the O2 sensor to adjust a solenoid in line with the LPG feed pipe to the intake. If your O2 sensor is stuffed this would up your LPG usage.

cheers
Scott

Was gunna say that. My EB1 has the real old impco gas system on it with the carby type of induction. Gas and petrol consumption was awful. a***hole the entire gas system and now get around 10l/100k on petrol. 8-)

if LPG is computer controlled they still look at oxy sensor for fuel mixture, get bad petrol consumption too? could be oxy sensor or just needs to be tuned up properly
