will a EA mpi throttle body bolt onto a bbm manifold? I have a BBM manifold for the conversion i will be doing and it will make things easier if i can use a mpi TB. Will it cause any hassles?

hi

its not a straight forward fit

firstly the EA type throttle body of a MPI the acclerater cable connection is on the opposite side and works opposite in push pulling action and when u acclerate the peddle the linkage is pushing into the BBm manifold top

its easier if u use a EF or EL throttle body same u alot of time and mods

have fun , the 4 bolts that bolt it to the manilfod the pattern is the same

i just checked ( physically check ) with a engine i have on a stand and several throttle bodys that i have laying around the workshop so im not just saying for the hell of posting a response

cheers

cheers
