i do a lot of night driving, probably 50/50. but in the mornings the engine sounds like a grumpy teenager to start. has a very slow laboured crank and sometimes the isc needs to work overtime for the first second after it gets going.

had the battery checked in april i think and they said it was ok. ideas?

its not unusual for them to crank slower on cold mornings, unless you just get the click and nothing else don't worry about it...

i spose it's because everything is cold from the battery to the oil,,you'd find that on warm days like we have here it turns over quite freely,,,it's just one of those things.
