my xr6 today started playing up
the Cat converter is rattling old issue
but the car is very sluggish at revving i used to hit the rev limiter no problem at 5800rpm now it doesnt go past 4500 and it takes ages to get there while making a different noise and this is with tip tronic selected in 1st it will not go pasted 4500 yesterday it was completely normal

just what i was thinking. is the exhaust quieter too? mums has a collapsed cat at the moment, and its got a really loud exhaust on it but at the moment its as quiet as a stock one lol

i was driving it and now has started missing in idle but the whole cat is rattling when you take off

Car is now Fixed thanks to some great help FROM APC in wangara they know whose coming back when boost is needed

The cat Converter is completely rooted
