Hey every one this is my first post i had a couple of problems with my 1992 EB the last couple of days and when looking under the hood today i noticed smoke coming out from this any ideas on what it could be and how what i could do to fix it ? thanks !

Is this a joke?

In case it's not... When you say from this area; do you mean from the gasket or just off the pipe? Is there oil leaking onto the exhaust? Have you spilt oil on it?

Exhaust gasget mate. Can get a new one for less than 10 dollhairs

Make sure you check to see if it's actually not power steer fluid dripping down from the switch.

That could be plausible or exhaust leak from the exhaust gasket/Oxygen sensor.

I am more concerned about the OPs mechanical knowledge. Not having a go at the OP, but if they don't know what the thing is in the picture, I would assume finding the power steering switch will be just as hard (without a picture).

I mean you won't know until you ask, but if you want to learn how to do it yourself, I suggest you start reading up on a workshop manual for your model car so that you have at least some understanding.

Now that I look at the pic properly the OP has circled part of a oil stain on the cat, possibly rocker cover or rear of headgasket leaking down.
If smoke was coming out the exhaust I be more concerned about that then the flange seal leaking.
