yeah, the bbm stuck in low rpm, by the sound of what you told me. i had the same thing happen to mine.

If that was the case if should be effecting his LPG performance aswell. But he says that is fine. It's more likely to be a problem that is specific to petrol only - such as petrol pump, lines, tank, injectors, regulator, etc.

actually... it feels like it on gas too... its very slow... could that be to problem?

if the problem occurs on both fuels then obviously it has too be on a component that is common to both of them. if only one fuel then likely to be a component that is only used on that fuel.
remember that you won't have as much go up high with your LPG as the mixer will be choking/starving your engine a bit. on a duel fuel setup, they might feel similar on both fuels in the low and mid rev range, but up high petrol should have more go.

msg to egbignik (if he reads this): are u using gas leads?

yeah mate i got gas leads and plugs
the plugs are whats stoping my power on PULP
that why i'm lacking toppend on PULP
at lest i think thats why
other then that
to find out if your bbm is working
poop you hood and stand on the air box side of the car and rev the motor
give it a good rev and see if it swaps over !!! if not pull the lil pipe off and see where it sits when is closed i think it is ment to swap over at 3800 or around that or you could just do dianostic mode

I highly doubt it is the plugs stoping your top end power, as a. there is f**k all difference between the Tickford spec plugs (which are what came on the Tickford 6 cylinder motors and are recomended for any LPG using 4.0L I6's), and the normals, main difference is the heat range. and secondly, your motor is worked and is closer to Tickford/XR6 spec now than factory probably and so would be happier with the gas/Tickford spec plugs.
On most LPG vehicles the main cause of loss of top end power on either fuels is the restriction that the mixer causes in the air intake! That loss of air flow is most noticable in the high rev range!

speak to whoever makes it, and find the power range for it. might be that your cams low to mid rev range power or something like that.

If you want more top end then try retarding the cam a cpl of deg, if you have the adjustable gear then have a play with it and see how it goes.

are you going to get an upgrade with the ECU.

also would the rocker gear from RPD help your problem?
