another question:
What, and Where is my existing under bonnet lubricator kit reservoir?

I doubt you have one and you shouldn't needed one. this is often debated between LPG users, the majority don't use them, and then some drongos seem to think engines can't live with them, but ask any taxi mechanic if you need one and they'll agree you don't, and there getting 800,000km's plus out of the engines! Also Ford release brand new falcons that they warrenty without them!
basically it's like flashlube that you put into old leaded cars, but for LPG in your car. And couse you can't put it in the LPG tank there's an underbonnet lubrication kit (Flashlube do a similar set up for there product aswell but most people just mix it in the tank - easier).

if i did have it..what would it look like and where bouts located?

If you are having trouble with it topping out at around 3500rpm on both fuels maybe the cat is blocked. My EB had a problem like this 12 months ago (when it was on dual fuel). It just refused to rev past 3 to 3500

Heh before i sold my EF i had the opposite problem, it had nothing under 3500 rpm.
The muffler was that rooted that it had no back pressure, after i threw the new exhaust on it gained at least 15 at the rear, it was the quickest the car ran in 9 years... it sux when you get them going good when you've sold them though lol.
