alright guys in the morning when my car is cold the auto tranny in in home/limp mode, but when the car its running temp i then turn the car off and back on again and the box will shift fine! i have changed the speend sender 2 months ago!! any help guys would be great!!

could be some dirt in park/neautral switch on the side of the box

take it off and clean it

If your speedo works all the time, then it can't be the speed sensor itself.
A diagnostic on the ECU whilst the car is cold might reveal something.

As mentioned, check out the transmission connectors, could have some crap buildup that may be causing intermittent open circuits.

is that the little white box on the side of the tranny? or os it somewhere else?

Yep, front LH side (2 plugs). Solenoids connector sits next to it.
