Those BTR 78 series diffs are very strong. A mate of mine who drives a 12 second ED XR8 Sprint has got the original LSD BTR diff in his car still.

Some of you Perth guys may have seen it. His wife races it at the Motorplex in Super Street. It's dark blue.

man this thread has rebuilt my faith in minispools.. i asked about it ages ago and got alot of different opinions some sayn tyres will wear out way to fast others sayn u will need axels all the time some sayn its the best fun ever just make sure u take it easy in the wet... but after readn this thread and SQUEAKS signature (Fuk it, u only live once!) im gonna get one installed... hell if i dun like it i can always change back!! plus with the shift kit imagine the sideways factor from 1st to 2nd change!!!
